At a time when NHS organisations depend not just on strategic insight but on seamless execution, Sophie successfully supports the KBC team in achieving this.
Sophie joined Kendall Bluck Consulting in 2021 and has since become the person the whole team leans on to keep complex, high-stakes engagements on track. From financial recovery programmes to workforce reconfiguration projects, she’s worked across a genuinely wide range of healthcare environments including multi-site acute organisations spread across challenging geographies, busy city centre teaching hospitals, and district general hospitals.
At the heart of KBC’s review process, Sophie’s focus is on making sure everything is properly in place before the work even begins. That means getting data sharing and IP arrangements sorted early, identifying the right Trust contacts and stakeholders, and setting up feedback structures that fit around clinical and operational teams rather than adding to their load.
Her value runs in both directions. Inside KBC, she keeps project workflows running with real precision. Outside, she’s a trusted point of contact for NHS partners throughout the engagement.
Before KBC, Sophie worked in clinical administration within accident and emergency departments. That experience drew her toward workforce improvement as a discipline, and it still shapes how she approaches her work today. Sophie is currently completing the final year of a Master of Business Administration, further deepening the strategic foundations she brings to every engagement.
If your organisation is planning an evaluation of their workforce with actual benefits realisation achieved, and the least possible disruption to your teams, Sophie and the wider KBC team are ready to help.
